Once you submit your inquiry down below, we will send you a directory featuring our photographers. You will be able to select a photographer for your event.

These rates only apply to SBU-affiliated clubs, for more specialized events please view this page.

 FAQs

  • We are strong advocates of having student photographers being compensated for their work, so we will not be offering free event photography services.

  • We promise a 4 week turnaround.

  • Your photos will be delivered through a private online gallery called Pictime.

  • Yes! We will send you a directory where you have the option to choose your photographer based on their portfolio. Gold packages are taken by professional photographers, silver packages are taken by intermediate photographers, and bronze packages are taken by entry level photographers.

  • Yes! However, please keep in mind we have an increased rate for events not affiliated with Stony Brook University Clubs. View our rates here

    Submit an inquiry for either individual or group photos and we’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours. You’ll be officially booked upon paying a 50% retainer.

    Let’s make this photoshoot perfect! Let us know which locations you want in your photos and any special requests that you want us to know.

  • Photoshoot.

    The exciting day has finally come — your photoshoot! Please try to arrive on time or a few minutes earlier so we can use all the time allocated for our session

  • Delivery.

    Woohoo! After 2-3 weeks, your photos will be finished and delivered to you via a private online gallery. You have the option to print through us & support our club.
