    The exciting day has finally come — your photoshoot! Please try to arrive on time or a few minutes earlier so we can use all the time allocated for our session

    Woohoo! After 2-3 weeks, your photos will be finished and delivered to you via a private online gallery. You have the option to print through us & support our club.

  • Any time that works best for you! You will be assigned with a photographer that has availability with your preferred dates.

  • We promise a 3 week turnaround, but usually earlier than that! All of the photographers will provide 3 sneak peeks within 48 hours of the session.

    Your photos will be delivered through a private online gallery called Pictime.

  • As you know, weather in New York changes all the time so we will keep an eye out for an serious weather that can damage our equipment and your gap & gown. Bad weather does not include cloudy weather; this is actually the best for lighting purposes!

    Cancelling is based on the photographer’s discretion due to limited availability in their schedules. We will notify you at least 48 hours in advance if the session needs to be rescheduled.

    Please keep in mind if you reschedule out of the photographer’s discretion, you will be expected to pay a rescheduling fee.

  • Yes! After submitting an inquiry, we will send you a link to our directory. You will be able to choose a photographer within the professional tier for your graduation photoshoot.

  • A retainer is a non-refundable fee that secures your spot in the photographer’s calendar. This fee will not be refunded under any circumstances as it prevents the photographer from booking other clients at your time slot. It is your responsibility to remember this, especially during rescheduling purposes.

  • No. The packages only include edited photos.

  • We highly recommend the beginning of April for cherry blossoms at ESS and mid to late April for cherry blossoms at Wang Center. The cherry blossoms at Wang are usually gone by the second week of May.
